الديمقراطية- الشفافية - المسؤولية – التضامن- التوعي
يمكن للشبكة أن تصبح عضوة في أي شبكة أو تحالف جمعوي محلي أو جهوي أو وطني أو دولي يتماشى مع أهدافها و مبادئه
الأهــــداف والوســــائل.
الأهـــــــــداف
أهداف الشبكة تنموية، اجتماعية وتسعى بشكل عام إلى إنجاز كل ما من شأنه المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية في جميع المجالات والميادين تستجيب لنداء المبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية ومنها:
تشجيع المبادرات وربط الصلة وأواصر التعاون بين الساكنة في كل المجالات، بنشر ثقافة العمل الجماعي والتطوعي
الاهتمام بالمبادرات التنموية عموما مع الانفتاح على التجارب الدولية في مجال التنمية.
القيام بكل عمل مشروع لخدمة المصالح المادية والاجتماعية والمهنية والمعنوية للفئات التي تسعى إلى تنظيمها والدفاع عن الحقوق الديمقراطية والحقوق الإنسانية لهذه الفئات،
الانخراط في مساعي التكوين، والتعاون مع كافة الفعاليات لتحفيز الشباب وتمكينهم من المساهمة في المبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية من خلال إنجاز مشروعات صغرى .
مساعدة وتأهيل الفئات الاجتماعية المعوزة والاعتناء بشؤون ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
تنظيم حملات توعوية .
ربط علاقات التعاون و تبادل الخبرات مع مختلف الجمعيات والمؤسسات والهيئات الوطنية والدولية داخل و خارج الوطن التي تسعى إلى تحقيق نفس الأهداف .
تحقيق تعاون بين الجمعية وسائر الهيئات الاجتماعية الحكومية والخاصة التي تعنى بشؤون التنمية والرعاية الاجتماعية.
إبراز مواهب وإبداعات الشباب الرياضية والثقافية وتطوير طاقاتهم وصقلها.
تشجيع البحث العلمي والعمل على نشره.

Rosher Netwok for Development and Business
It is a development, volunteer and civilian network engaged in activities of public benefit .
This network operates in the field of its specialization independent of the political parties ,the union bodies and the ideological organization with regard to the moral principles ,the humanitarian laws and the universal laws.
The principles of the network are :
Democratic , transparency ,responsibility ,solidarity and awareness.
This network can become a member of any network or a member of any local or regional or national or international alliance which is in line with its aims and principles.
The aims and means :

The targets of the network are development and social. It in general seeks to accomplish ever thing that would contribute to the achievement of development in all fields and areas responding to the call of the national initiative for human development like:
Encouraging initiative and connecting relations and ties of cooperation between the population in all fields by spreading the culture of volunteerism and teamwork .
Paying attention to the development initiatives in general with the openness to international experiences in the field of development.
Doing all the legitimate works to serve the physical , social ,professional and moral interests of the groups which seek to organize and defend the democratic rights and human rights of these groups.
Engaging in formulation efforts and cooperation with all events to motivate young people and enable them to contribute to the national initiative for human development through the completion of micro project.
Providing help and rehabilitation for the needy social groups and looking after the affairs of people with special needs
Arranging awareness campaigns.
Linking the relations of cooperation and exchanging of experiences with various associations and institutions and national and international bodies inside and outside the country which seeks to achieve the same targets
Achieving cooperation between the assembly and other private and public social bodies which deal with the affairs of development and social welfare
Highlighting the talents and the creations of cultural and sports youth and developing their energies and refined it .
